CtrlAltHeal offers a variety of fun zumba & Fitness classes for children! Our goal is to provide a holistic fitness experience in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment, regardless of skill set or ability level.
Classes that we offer include zumba and workout, ending with meditation and a discussion of individualised healthy goals, encouraging a wholesome and lifelong approach to mind-body health and wellness.
We began as an online platform and will be taking our classes all across the country and beyond, teaching at hospitals, corporates, wellness centers, schools, libraries, play spaces, and more.
With the national and global rise in childhood obesity, among other disorders that cause differing ability levels, it became clear to us here at CtrlAltHeal that children and families throughout the World are in need of physical outlets that suit them regardless of their current abilities or state of wellness.

Providing Fun Zumba & Fitness Sessions To Improve Fitness Score
CtrlAltHeal Kids Zumba & Fitness classes are fun and energetic classes, tailored to that specific age group.
Kids will be introduced through a wide range of zumba dance and activities in a fun, creative way while learning about the importance of breathing.
Each class will be theme based, required for the improvement of ‘Fitness Score’ in terms of Flexibility/ Muscular Endurance/Muscular Strength/ Aerobic Capacity.
Every session will incorporate relaxation and meditation practice, as well as setting new healthy goals. We always incorporate mindful activities and meditation into all of our classes to help de-stress and give your child the tools to deal with anxiety and pressures of day to day life.
Providing Exercise And Fitness Sessions To Improve Fitness
Flexibility Sessions:
CtrlAltHeal specialises in middle school and teen Flexibility classes. Whether or not your child is an all-star athlete or hates working out we have the class for you. All of our classes are carefully instructed to meet all flexibility & fitness levels. Moreover all sessions will focus on strengthening and relaxing the body, mind, and spirit. With a combination of hatha yoga sequences, breath work, age-appropriate mindfulness activities, and meditation, your child will leave class feeling empowered, centered, and connected! Each class will end with mediation and healthy goals.
Muscular Endurance & Strength:
Fun and interactive sessions provided by our experienced trainer which includes warm-up, upper limb, lower limb and core development asanas and workout along with strength building games. We will have different props with various activities for students to run through in a particular session. Each class ends with a discussion of individualised healthy goals and challenges with our very own Doctors. Your child will learn confidence, proper form, and most importantly, have fun!
Aerobics Capacity:
We will end class with restorative poses followed by an extended savasana and healthy goals. This class is a perfect way to begin the week with utmost energy levels.
Awareness About Nutrition For Kids Session
A healthy diet contributes to maintaining the body’s system of defence against illnesses and diseases. The first line of defence should alway be a healthy diet.
Our experts will guide your child and help them get to a healthy weight and will help you with a healthy eating regime.
