Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to AltHeal’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, AltHeal may take such action as AltHeal deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Assignment

Severability
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and AltHeal in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with [GOVERNING LAW], and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the [non-]exclusive jurisdiction of the Hyderabad High Court.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR 50% REFUND ON THE CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMs
- This offer is only for Registered AltHeal (a brand of Heal And Live Pvt Ltd) (Company/we)Users and Users can register through https://www.ctrlaltheal.com/wellness-packages/ (hereafter User).
- Users can avail “chronic disease management program” packages exclusively designed by our experts. Users can select through a wide range of packages suitable for their needs.
- Users are entitled to avail first consultation with the doctor post booking of desired package as per scheduled convenient timing of doctor as well as User.
- First Consultation gives you an advantage to discuss, set and decide the achievable targets i.e. measurable in terms of key investigations markers and symptoms.
- Post the first consultation User will be advised accordingly to have the investigation report, but not in the event if the User has already done the investigation report anytime, within 30 days prior to first consultation and that will be considered level 1 of markers.
- The packages have validity as per the bookings done by the users.(“Term”).
- Duration of package shall vary depending upon type of services availed by the User.
- Users are allowed to take break between the consummation of the package i.e. continuation for the Term of the package is not mandatory, User can avail the package in breaks also.
- Package shall have various consultations scheduled as per mutually agreed time to monitor markers along with symptoms checkers and that shall decide the progress compared to markers noticed in first consultation.
- User shall honestly disclose his/ her underlying condition or ongoing medication during the first consultation.
- We shall continuously monitor User’s adherence to expert’s recommendation including but not limited to diet or fitness.
- User is entitled to receive 50% of refund of the total package amount in the event if User has not achieved minimum 80% targets of the markers decided mutually during the first consultation
- In lieu of refund as aforesaid User has the option to extend the package for next 30 days i.e. additional 30 days on term of the package to achieve the mutually agreed upon targets for his/her own health benefit
- In lieu of a 50% refund as described in point 12 user can avail Maintenance package i.e. half the duration of package at absolutely FREE of cost
- Refunds will be processed as per the refund policy stated on our website.
- In the event of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final and in accordance with state laws of Telangana.
- All usage terms of the website shall apply.
