Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber chopped
- 1 Kiwi chopped
- 1 Green apple chopped (optional)
- 1 cup Tender coconut water
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- A few Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
- To prepare Refreshing Smoothie Recipe With Cucumber & Kiwi, get all the ingredients ready. Chop the cucumber and roughly chop kiwi.
- In a blender, add in all the ingredients except chia seeds and blend till smooth.
- Pour the smoothie to the serving glass.
- Garnish with a dash of crunchy chia seeds and serve.
