Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • 1 Kiwi chopped
  • 1 Green apple chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup Tender coconut water
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice
  • A few Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • To prepare Refreshing Smoothie Recipe With Cucumber & Kiwi, get all the ingredients ready. Chop the cucumber and roughly chop kiwi.
  • In a blender, add in all the ingredients except chia seeds and blend till smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie to the serving glass.
  • Garnish with a dash of crunchy chia seeds and serve.
