Banana Ice-cream
Bananas are the secret to well-nourished skin. Rich in potassium and moisture, it hydrates and moisturises dry skin, making it soft and supple. Vitamin A in banana restores moisture smoothens out the rough texture of the skin and heals dry, parched skin.

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 Ripe Bananas
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp White Chocolate , or white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Take ripe bananas ,cut into pieces and freeze it overnight.
- Next day once the bananas are frozen, take a blender and blend all frozen bananas until you get creamy texture.
- Transfer the blended bananas in an airtight container, add some honey and chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Line a loaf pan with a parchment paper and then pour in the ice cream mix. Cover with a parchment paper and keep the loaf pan/ ice cream pan in freezer under deep refrigeration for 3-4 hours or till frozen.
- Banana ice cream is ready to serve.
Notes
Tip: You can also add 3 or 4 tbsp of milk while blending the banana’s.
