Baked Chicken Popcorn

Chicken is a great source of protein. Chicken provides better growth and development to the growing children as it is rich in amino acids, which helps the children in growing taller and stronger.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil Extra-virgin
  • 1 Kg Skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
  • To taste Salt
  • ¼ tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Cornmeal makkee ka aata
  • ½ cup Freshly grated Parmesan
  • ½ tbsp Cayenne pepper (or Chilli powder)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400° and grease two large baking sheets with oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Add eggs to a medium shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together bread crumbs, cornmeal, Parmesan, and cayenne. Season with salt.
  • Working in batches, add chicken to eggs then dredge in bread crumb mixture until fully coated. Spread chicken in even layers on prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake chicken until golden and cooked through, flipping halfway through, about 25 minutes.
  • Serve chicken with dipping or tomato sauce.

Notes

Self Life/ Storage: Consume immediately. Can be stored in refrigerator for a day.
