Ingredients
- 3 cups Water
- ½ Apple
- ½ inch Cinnamon stick
- ½ inch Ginger Piece
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Tea powder
- To taste Honey or sugar
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients (except honey and apple ) to a deep pot and let it boil until the water is reduced to 2 cups.
- While the tea is boiling, wash, peal and mince the apple to pieces.
- Turn off the flame and add minced apple pieces and cover the pot with a lid.
- Do not disturb for 5 mins. after 5 mins strain the apple tea and add honey or sugar.
- If it does not remain hot, you can re heat the tea.
