1 small piece Tamarind 2 small Raw Baby Mango (Vadumangai) ¼ tsp Salt 1 tbsp Neem Flowers ½ cup Grated Jaggery 2 tsp Coconut Chopped
Soak the tamarind in water and extract the pulp.
Finely chop the raw baby mangoes. Always try to use baby raw mangoes instead of the big mangoes as big mangoes will be sour.
Mix all the ingredients to form a sauce like liquid. Using a spoon you can mix well so that the jaggery gets dissolved completely.
