Ingredients
  

  • 1 small piece Tamarind
  • 2 small  Raw Baby Mango (Vadumangai)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Neem Flowers
  • ½ cup Grated Jaggery
  • 2 tsp Coconut Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Soak the tamarind in water and extract the pulp.
  • Finely chop the raw baby mangoes. Always try to use baby raw mangoes instead of the big mangoes as big mangoes will be sour.
  • Mix all the ingredients to form a sauce like liquid. Using a spoon you can mix well so that the jaggery gets dissolved completely.
  • The yummy Ugadi Pachadi is ready.
