Ingredients
- 1 small piece Tamarind
- 2 small Raw Baby Mango (Vadumangai)
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Neem Flowers
- ½ cup Grated Jaggery
- 2 tsp Coconut Chopped
Instructions
- Soak the tamarind in water and extract the pulp.
- Finely chop the raw baby mangoes. Always try to use baby raw mangoes instead of the big mangoes as big mangoes will be sour.
- Mix all the ingredients to form a sauce like liquid. Using a spoon you can mix well so that the jaggery gets dissolved completely.
- The yummy Ugadi Pachadi is ready.
