Creamy Dates Smoothie

Yumminess of dates help improve brain function. Each date contains over two milligrams of choline, a B vitamin that’s a component in acetylcholine, the memory neurotransmitter. Higher choline intake is associated with better memory and learning, making it a key nutrient for children.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Milk
  • cup Halved or pitted dates 5-6 seedless dates
  • ½ cup Crushed ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend the dates and milk for a minute.
  • Add crushed ice and blend for another 30 seconds.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy! Serve fresh.

Notes

Tip: Dates are already sweet, there is no need to add sugar or honey.
