- 2 ½ cups Water
- 2 tsp Loose oolong tea
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
In a pan boil water.
After the water is boiled, turn off the flame and add the oolong tea leaves and mix well.
Leave it for 2 or 3 mins. Strain the water and add honey (optional) and mix well.
Serve hot or warm.
