  • Your body should get enough time to take rest. Make sure you get a sleep of 8 hours daily. Sleep is very important for a healthy body and also for mental and emotional happiness.
  • Spend time with family, have your meals together. Indulge in healthy positive conversations so that your family grows to reflect the same, which will help them maintain a sound mind.

Our nutrition requirements vary based on our body type, age, gender, etc. And inculcating the most favorable set of healthy practices is very important. However it is very important for one to know how to organize the content that we have consumed from these sources and try to develop the one that suits our body the most rather than trying to copy famous celebrities or influencers, and of course, with proper guidance.
