Ingredients
- ½ cup Pista
- 10 Badam (Almond)
- 10 Cashew
- 2 Dried Anjeer (Dried Fig)
- 3 Dates
- ¼ tsp Elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
- 2 ½ cups Milk
- 3 – 4 Hazelnut optional
- 2 – 3 Walnut optional
- 2 tbsp Raisins optional
Instructions
- Soak badam, pista, cashews, anjeer, hazelnut (optional) and raisins (optional) in water for at least 45 mins to 1 hr. Soaking gives a creamy taste to the shake. Chill the milk in fridge if you prefer cold shake.
- Peel off badam and hazelnut skin. Drain the water and add all these to a blending jar.
- Add elaichi powder and chopped dates.
- Pour 1 cup milk and blend them well to a smooth mixture.
- Add the remaining milk and again blend it.
- Garnish dry fruits milkshake with grated nuts.
