Ingredients
- 3 English Cucumbers peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves roughly chopped
- As needed Ice cubes
- ½ or 1 Lemon , juiced adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp Sugar optional
- ¼ to 1 cup Chilled water
- A pinch Black salt
Instructions
- Take cucumber and coriander in a blender. Pour 1/4 cup cold water and blend till it is pureed. Take a sieve and strain the puree.
- Pour strained liquid back to the blender. Add lemon juice, caster sugar, black salt, 1 cup cold water, ice cubes and blitz it.
- Cucumber cooler is ready to be served.
