Cucumber Cooler

Ingredients
  

  • 3 English Cucumbers peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves roughly chopped
  • As needed Ice cubes
  • ½ or 1 Lemon , juiced adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar optional
  • ¼ to 1 cup Chilled water
  • A pinch Black salt

Instructions
 

  • Take cucumber and coriander in a blender. Pour 1/4 cup cold water and blend till it is pureed. Take a sieve and strain the puree.
  • Pour strained liquid back to the blender. Add lemon juice, caster sugar, black salt, 1 cup cold water, ice cubes and blitz it.
  • Cucumber cooler is ready to be served.
